This is the jewel glitter we include in the basic kit. Like all our glitters it is uniquely formulated for a combination of color richness and brilliance. It is also loose, and holographic.
These cosmetic grade glitters are made in the U.S.A.. They contain no
metallic or glass particles and are safe for application to the skin.
They create a holographic effect which boosts their brightness. These are loose
